When you send a booking request, we process the tour, date, number of guests, name and telephone number you provide in order to answer your request and arrange the requested service. The form opens WhatsApp and the information is sent only after you confirm the message there.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We retain booking communications only for as long as necessary to handle the request, provide the service and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email address above, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
